Just wanted to share this. I hope that everyone understands what the corporate team has on their plate. They are working at a breakneck pace to get our transition to shop.com up and running for us. We are just in phase 1 of this transition and I for one want to applaud our computer team for what they have accomplished so far. All I can tell you is that until Feb. when we move into the second phase of the transition to Shop.com that things may not be perfect. I know they are working as fast as they can and they are doing an AMAZING JOB with the task they have before them. Be patient and just move between both sites for now. Teach your customers and partners to do the same. This will also allow your customers to experience the upgrades we are implementing. Sit with them and explain what we are doing and why. The end result is a stronger "RELATIONSHIP" with your customer.
We are growing and there will definitely be more growing pains along the way. I am confident the the Juice is worth the Squeeze
