Over the past several days I have seen comments and been directly asked about the differencing in Cash Back values between the Market America Portal and our New Shop.com site. I spoke to computer support at Market America today and they are aware of the issue. They are working to get it corrected as soon as possible. They advised that our customers shop on the Market America Portal until this is resolved. This will ensure that they are credited the proper amount of Cash Back for their purchases. Remember we are a 1 to 1 Marketing company. When we have a hiccup like this we have to act fast and make sure that our customers are aware of what is going on. It is each and every one of our responsibilities as Shop Consultants to ensure our customers are in the know when these things happen. Seriously,
How many people have downloaded a service pack for your computer? How about an updated driver for a piece of equipment for your computer? Was the manufacturer wrong for selling you the computer or the associated equipment before these updates were available? Or, were you thankful that the manufacturer continues to improve upon their equipment so you can have the best product available?

If you are not satisfied with the efforts Market America are exerting on your behalf and think that the launch of Shop.com was a mistake until it was better tested, then you don't get it!
