Eliminate Time Wasters, Get More Done



Wish you had more time to get it all done? Here's a simple way to free up extra time in your day. Start by making a list of all of the things that waste your time and what you could do to eliminate them. Then begin to attack them one at a time. Here are example time-wasters that you could nix immediately:
Personal clutter (on your desk, in your email inbox, in your home) that wastes your time while you're searching for what's important
Ineffective meetings that you attend or manage where no significant progress is made or next steps identified.
