Subject: Sunday night call at 8:30pm est : Subject: National Conference Call with Andrew Weissman, Cheyn Crangle and Anny Chow this Sunday night!
I will be the host for this week’s National Conference Call. I will be joined by two rising stars from our growing Generation Y teams, Cheyn Crangle and Anny Chow (please see below for additional information about Cheyn and Anny). Cheyn and Anny were part of an inspiring segment at the International Convention that spotlighted six growing young entrepreneurs and why it makes sense to recruit individuals who are part of this unique generation.
The Millennials are 80 million strong and poised to be the largest, most educated and the most diverse in American history. They are believed to be the most technologically advanced and globally minded generation of consumers to ever exist. Gen-Y officially surpassed the Baby Boomers to become the largest consumer demographic in America and are a force on our culture and society.
Join Executive Director of Field Development Andrew Weissman and special guests Cheyn Crangle and Anny Chow for an exciting overview of Market America and the UnFranchise® Business System, including the newest announcements and updates from the 2011 International Convention! Encourage all of your team members and qualified prospects to listen in to this national conference call so that they can learn why now is the time to begin building the American Dream and achieving personal financial success.
This powerful conference call will share insightful facts and information about the stability and financial strength of Market America, the billion-dollar product lines available through the Mall Without Walls™, the millions of products from Partner stores, the Cashback program, the MPCP (Management Performance Compensation Plan), the Two- to Three-Year Plan verse the 45 Year Plan, and much, much more. I have always had a goal of making 6 figure income annually by the age of 30, after changing different majors back and forth, I finally choose actuarial science because being an actuary can get me there within 5 to 7 years once I graduate. Ever since I came back from my first International Convention in 2009, I realized Market America is not only an opportunity allows me to fulfill my income goal in a much shorter period of time, but it is also the most realistic way allows average people to build a residual income stream on a part time basis. Under Jesse Yang’s mentorship, we had successfully built Charlotte, NC from 0 to 100 in just 6 months by conducting effective Paid to Shop/ Entrepreneur Seminar.
In the past 6 months since 2011 World Conference, we had been traveled extensively to different states hosting Paid to Shop/ Entrepreneur Seminar, educating the young generation on entrepreneurship, and how MA university concept, in conjunction with the power of internet and social media, can help them to create ongoing income on a part time basis. Currently leading a 200 people organization, with the emergence of many young entrepreneurs from different universities from different states (NY, NC, FL, OH), I have created a facebook page to serve as a better communication platform to unite all the MA entrepreneurs from different areas.

Age: 25
Originally Started January 2009 - Stopped the business in October 2009. Re-qualified my business in July 2010 and have been actually building and applying the Basic 5 since August 2010.
Level: Executive Coordinator
Awards: Four time Local Challenge Award Winner (last four in row), 2011 Northern Regional Challenge Winner
Outside Accolades: 2009 Wisconsin Marine Corps Recruiter of the Year, Operation Iraqi Freedom Veteran
Been in the United States Marine Corps since 2004 - Present. Served my first four years in the Marine Corps Infantry with combat operations in Iraq. Re-enlisted for an additional four years to become a Marine Corps Recruiter in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Currently, I have been a recruiter for three years and will be completing eight years of service in February 2012 at which point I will be going full-time with Market America.
My biggest attributes to success; having a mentor in Jim Winkler who followed up with me for 10 months consistently, always motivating me to realize the potential I had with the company. Utilizing strong leadership abilities even though I was young, this I accredit to the Marine Corps. As of April I've conducted weekly Webinars allowing me the ability to expand my business into seven states. Participating in Jim Winklers Elite 11 Accountability Group but then implementing the same group with my team the "Lucky 13". This allowed me to control what was happening out of state and continually push a sense of urgency.
